Job Summary
Maintain safety and sanitation standards in kitchen, dining, and service areas while stocking food items, cleaning dishes, and operating machinery. Prepare and chill beverages, manage frozen dessert mixes, and coordinate bagged lunches for field parties and flight crews. Follow proper thawing and labeling procedures for leftovers, discard waste according to guidelines, and monitor coffee and beverage consumption. Work with cooks to transfer dirty pots and perform other assigned duties as directed by the Dining Attendant or Lead. This role requires physical stamina for up to nine hours daily, including night shifts and variable hours. A current ServSafe Food Handler certificate, valid driver's license, U.S. passport, and citizenship are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or GED
- Current ServSafe Food Handler certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Valid U.S. Passport
- Minimum of six months related experience
- US citizenship or permanent residency
- Must be able to lift and move up to the safety regulation maximum in a safe manner
- Must be able to perform functions requiring repetitive motion
- Must be able to stand for up to 9 hours daily
- Must be able to work on hands and knees
- Must be able to work on a night shift
