Steward Dishwasher

Load, run, and unload the dish machine while monitoring water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycles. Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware, keeping the dish room clean and organized. Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining and kitchen areas, handling items carefully to prevent breakage. Segregate trash and garbage into designated containers and haul to the dumpster. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas using hand trucks. Perform basic food prep and clean food preparation and production areas as required. Maintain health and sanitation standards throughout the shift. Other duties may be assigned.
