Job Summary
Ensure all kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment are clean and ready for service while maintaining organization and sanitation standards in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. Manage time effectively to work quickly and precisely under pressure, moving and lifting 40 pounds at a time as part of the back-of-house team. Maintain a positive, detail-oriented attitude and adhere to kitchen safety protocols. Requires 1-2 years' experience in a fine dining kitchen, at least 16 years of age, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Competitive pay of $18.00/hr with flexible schedules and daily family meals.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume kitchen
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and your peers
- Dependability, reliability, and accountability
- A positive, 'can do' attitude
- Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols
- Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time
- At least 16 years of age
