Job Summary
Clean, sanitize and store all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots and pans used in the resort; operate the commercial dishwashing machine and maintain a hygienic environment; ensure outlets have sufficient inventory and racks for dishes; promptly address spills and hazards; maintain sanitation of kitchens and food prep areas; assist the service team to meet guest expectations; perform other duties as assigned by managers/supervisors; supportive duties include guest inquiries and adherence to safety policies; high school or equivalent education required; prior hospitality/restaurant experience preferred; Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred.
