Steward/Dishwasher ("Lava Platos")

Clean, sanitize and store all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans used in hotel food-and-beverage outlets; operate a commercial dishwasher and maintain hygienic conditions; ensure sufficient inventory for opening shifts; promptly attend to spills and hazards; maintain cleanliness of kitchens and prep areas, ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, tables, and floors; remove trash, assist with deep cleaning, and report maintenance or safety issues. Must be able to communicate effectively, follow safety regulations, and work as part of the service team; physical duties include standing, lifting up to 45 lbs, and maneuvering equipment. Education: High school or equivalent; Experience: Prior hospitality/restaurant experience preferred; Certifications: Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred.
