Job Summary
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans while operating kitchen cleaning equipment. Maintain work areas and utensils in clean, orderly conditions by sweeping floors, washing trash cans, and sorting waste. Place cleaned items in storage and stock supplies at serving stations, refrigerators, and salad bars. Perform food preparation duties during staffing shortages or peak periods. Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and adhere to MSDS and OSHA standards. Prioritize guest satisfaction scores and follow management requests. Requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

- Equivalent training to previous stewarding experience
