STEWARD / DISHWASHER (FT)

Coordinate materials and equipment to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dishes, pots, and floors. Insure that "Wet Floor" signs are used and that kitchen workers have proper equipment like gloves, goggles, and chemicals. Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure all equipment functions properly while adhering to Cactus Petes Casino and Health Department standards. This role requires considerable physical activity including standing, crouching, kneeling, and working in confined spaces. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and candidates must be at least 17 years old.
