Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish washing machines, hand wash stations, and trash compactors. Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in a 3-compartment sink. Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, rotate stock, and inspect cleaned wares before racking and spraying with hot water. Sort, soak, and wash silverware, break down dirty bus tubs, empty trashcans, and dispose of glass in proper containers. Clean and mop assigned departments, break down cardboard boxes, and place recyclables in the recycle bin. Follow all company safety policies, report maintenance needs and accidents, and complete required safety training. Move objects weighing up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, and reaching overhead.
