Steward

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including dish washing machines and trash compactors, while washing, disinfecting, and sanitizing kitchen tools and equipment. Receive deliveries, rotate stock, and rack items with hot water to remove food residue. Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, sort silverware, break down bus tubs, and empty trashcans. Clean and mop assigned areas, dispose of glass properly, and recycle cardboard boxes. Follow safety policies, report maintenance needs, and complete required training. Move objects up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods. Requires at least one year of stewarding experience and English communication skills. Monthly gross salary is €2468.35 with 25 paid vacation days.
