Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dish washing machines, hand wash stations, and trash compactors. Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, and equipment using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in a 3-compartment sink. Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock while ensuring clean wares are stored in appropriate areas. Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-scrubbing, rack items with hot water, and sort silverware. Break down dirty bus tubs, empty trashcans, clean mops, and dispose of glass in proper containers. Break down cardboard boxes and place recyclables in the recycle bin. Follow all company and safety policies, report maintenance needs or accidents to the manager, and complete required safety training. Move objects weighing up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking, and reaching overhead or below the knees.
