Job Summary
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area. Assist with food preparation and plating as needed, ensuring proper handling and storage of food and supplies. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines and collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow. Display a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to excellence and attention to detail. Previous steward experience is preferred, along with the ability to lift 25+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
