Job Summary
Conduct kitchen cleaning, table and bar bussing, and banquet staging under restaurant supervisor direction. Wash dishware, glassware, and utensils while sanitizing ovens, steam kettles, mixers, drains, sinks, floors, and walls. Operate silver burnishing machines to polish and transport silver, and safely utilize cleaning compounds with proper protective gear. Assist cooks, servers, and guests in expediting food delivery and maintaining a safe, hazard-free environment. Notify management of responsible gaming, alcohol service, or ethics concerns. Requires gaming license, six months stewarding experience, and flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a gaming license
- Minimum of six (6) months stewarding experience in a high-volume restaurant or banquet kitchen
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays
