Job Summary
Steward responsible for replenishing kitchen stations with prepared hot and cold foods and nonfood items, cleaning and stocking supplies, operating the dish machine, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining sanitation per health department standards. Must work well in a team, be able to work any day/shift, and tolerate hot kitchen temperatures; duties include cleaning serving areas, China/flatware, and kitchen equipment, plus general housekeeping of supplies and adherence to policies.
Required Qualifications
- Six months previous kitchen worker experience is required.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and English.
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
