Steward

Support the Lead Steward and Steward Supervisor in the successful cleaning and sanitation of restaurant and bar operations at Horseshoe Indianapolis. Engage in the safe and efficient cleaning, sanitation, transportation, storage, and stocking of dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and smallwares. Clean walls, floors, walk-ins, freezers, floor mats, kitchen equipment, and trash removal, including wiping counter tops and cook areas in restaurant kitchens, service stations, and bar areas. Perform other duties as assigned, noting that this position will not involve any function involving casino gambling by patrons.
