Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of dining room and kitchen by ensuring adequate levels of clean tableware, operating and sanitizing dishwashing equipment, monitoring water temperature for sanitary wash cycles, and assisting in various roles (bus person, prep cook) as directed to support smooth restaurant operations. Complete assigned checklists, attend staff meetings, and participate in a growing hospitality team at Blue Mountain Resort.
