Job Summary
Wash all dishes, pots, and pans, placing them in proper locations, and oversee chemical usage in the dish pit. Clean designated surface areas, empty trash, compost, and recycle to maintain a safe work environment. Assist with bussing tables and perform other duties as assigned. This role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays, standing for eight hours, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Reports to the Lead Banquet Cook, Executive Sous Chef, at Crystal Mountain, Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time
- Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 50 pounds on a constant basis
- Ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking on an occasional basis
- Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on a constant basis
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees
- Required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation
