Job Summary
Wash all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans; organize and stack clean equipment safely. Operate the dishwasher and kitchen tools as directed while safely handling cleaning supplies and chemicals. Maintain station and kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, washing fixtures, and emptying trash and recycling bins. Work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, standing or walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and/or weekends & holidays
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time (8 hours) and lift at least 50 lbs
- Understanding of kitchen operations, health and safety rules
