Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dish washing machines and hand wash stations. Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, knives, and equipment using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in a 3-compartment sink. Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock while inspecting, pulling, and stacking cleaned items. Rack and spray all racked items with hot water to remove food residue, sort and wash silverware, and break down dirty bus tubs. Empty trashcans, maintain dumpster areas, and clean and mop all assigned departments. Dispose of glass in proper containers and place cardboard boxes and other recyclables in the recycle bin. Follow all company and safety policies, report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training. Move objects weighing up to 50 pounds and perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
