Job Summary
Operate and maintain stewarding equipment including dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, and trash compactors. Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and food service equipment using manual and machine methods. Assist with ordering inventory, inspect cleaned items for quality, and properly stack and store clean wares. Clean and disinfect kitchen, storage, and service areas including tables, tools, knives, equipment, floors, walls, and drains. Break down dirty bus tubs, empty trash, maintain dumpster and recycling areas, and dispose of glass safely. Report maintenance needs, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately and complete all required safety training. Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays in hot, cold, wet, or slippery environments.

Desired Qualifications
