Job Summary
Key responsibilities include working with the culinary team to prepare fresh ingredients, maintaining an organized workspace, communicating inventory and kitchen needs to the Chef, and ensuring adherence to safe food handling procedures. The Steward will manage the dish station, perform daily and weekly cleaning assignments, and make catering deliveries as needed. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, basic knife skills, reliable transportation, and flexibility in work hours.
Required Qualifications
