Job Summary
Operate an industrial dishwasher, maintain a hygienic kitchen environment, and ensure guests have clean dishes. Support fellow colleagues, manage dish machines for chinaware, glassware and flatware, and keep floors and work areas clear and safe. Follow department policies and ensure proper inventory and sanitation, with emphasis on teamwork and guest service; night shift availability; Opera-system experience considered an asset; English fluency is a plus.
