Job Summary
Lead planning and execution of an innovative, kid-centric summer day camp and seasonal break programs, managing all aspects of logistics, compliance, and inventory for hundreds of campers daily. Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of seasonal teams up to 30, while handling crisis, emergency, and behavioral responses. Develop local marketing initiatives by building relationships with schools, PTAs, and businesses to drive enrollment, and manage a six-figure budget for personnel, food, and programming. Serve as the primary on-site manager for the Fremont location during the 9-10 week camp season, ensuring safe, sanitary, and efficient operations, with responsibilities extending to holiday programs and pop-up childcare events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years Admin or Supervisory Experience in a Camp, Education or Childcare setting
- Past management or leadership experience

- Bachelor's Degree, English major preferred
