Analyze and develop workflows and processes in tax offices, supporting practices with the implementation and use of digital DATEV solutions. Accompany digitalization and organizational projects while assisting in building and evolving digitalization roles and responsibilities within offices. Exchange with practices regarding best practices, standards, and new working methods, and contribute practical experience to the central digitalization team. Participate in the development of group-wide concepts and procedural models. This role requires good DATEV user knowledge, experience with tax office workflows, and structured, self-directed work methods.
