Job Summary
Conduct ongoing client bookkeeping, including pre-contingency and posting of incoming invoices in compliance with tax regulations. Independently record all business transactions for companies under HGB and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Perform tax profit calculations and draft tax returns while addressing tax and business inquiries for clients, colleagues, and the financial administration. Serve as the primary contact point for all stakeholders. Requires a qualification as Steuerfachangestellte/r with experience in financial accounting, annual report preparation, and SKR 03/04 software (HMD, DATEV). Full-time employment with employer-covered train ticket costs from the mainland to Sylt.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r (m/w/d)
- Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Erfahrung bei der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
- Kenntnisse in der Vorkontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen
- Anwendung von steuerlichen Vorgaben
- Routine und selbständige Buchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle von Gesellschaftern nach HGB
- Sicheren Umgang mit Word und Excel
- Erfahrung in der Buchung in SKR 03/04 mit HMD, DATEV oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen
