Job Summary
Manage digital tax mandates for startups and SMEs by creating financial and payroll ledgers, preparing annual accounts, and filing tax returns with AI-assisted tools. Review and organize documentation using intelligent pre-bookkeeping software while communicating with clients, authorities, and partner tax offices. Contribute to designing new digital processes and tools in collaboration with the product team. Work fully remote with complete autonomy, supported by close interaction with leadership and tech colleagues within a specialized, small team focused on efficiency and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r, Buchhalter:in oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erfahrungen in Finanzbuchhaltung, Lohnbuchhaltung und Jahresabschlusserstellung
- Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamgeist
- Freude an digitalen Tools, Automatisierung und Innovation
Desired Qualifications
- Weiterbildung zum Steuerfachwirt:in
- Kenntnisse in Lexoffice, DATEV, Google Suite, Elster, Neobanken oder HR-Software (z.B. Personio)
