Job Summary
Conduct independent financial bookkeeping and manage a fixed client portfolio for tax and business inquiries. Prepare annual financial statements and handle both corporate and private tax declarations. Execute payroll calculations if selected for the optional role. Collaborate with modern DATEV applications and digital processes to support the firm's workflow evolution. Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients with full autonomy. Work flexible hours in a mix of home office and our modern office in Köln-Lindenthal.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte*r
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) in Wort und Schrift
- Du arbeitest termingerecht und eigenverantwortlich
- Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zählen zu deinen besonderen Fähigkeiten
- Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit, Selbständigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerkanzlei
- Gute Kenntnisse in DATEV sowie den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
- Freude an digitalen Prozessen und modernen Arbeitsweisen
