Organize team workflows by ensuring adherence to firm standards, controlling incoming and outgoing mail for accuracy, and managing document tracking. Plan and execute weekly team meetings while distributing newly acquired mandates and overseeing apprentice deployment when available. Lead a team of three members through annual reviews, situational feedback, and individual development planning, including creating vacation schedules until March 31. Manage business financial control of team profit margins and inform leadership on mandates with negative contributions. Maintain strict deadline adherence for own mandates while utilizing MS Office and DATEV systems. Requires completed Steuerberaterexamen and expertise in wage tax and social security law.
