Job Summary
Conduct tax and business advisory for mid-sized private and capital companies across automotive, aerospace, renewable energy, and healthcare sectors. Develop tax solutions with full responsibility, prepare annual financial statements and tax returns, and manage special topics including audits, legal appeals, structuring, and due diligence. Review and prepare private and corporate tax filings for various legal forms while overseeing project-specific personnel, budgets, pricing, and deadlines. Work flexible hours between 6:00 and 20:00, with homeoffice available after onboarding, supported by a three-person team structure and a culture of open communication and continuous professional development.
Required Qualifications
