Conduct independent tax advisory for startups, SMEs, and scale-ups, including the preparation and review of annual financial statements and tax returns. Manage ongoing client support for complex scenarios such as financing rounds, employee stock options, and international operations. Collaborate closely with the accounting team on financial bookkeeping, payroll, and VAT processes while representing the firm in interactions with tax authorities and external audits. Review and contribute to the design of digital workflows and automation tools to modernize tax advisory services.
