Job Summary
Customize and extend Sterling Commerce APIs and UI while developing integrations, agents, and web services for Order Hub and NextGen IBM Sterling Call Center v10+. Build modernized order, payment, and fulfillment flows, and perform deployment and toolkit configurations. Leverage hands-on scratch implementation experience to manage global inventory visibility and order flow management within the Sterling OMS v10+ environment. This role requires 3+ years of experience with face-to-face interviews at the IBM Bangalore location.
