Sterilizer Operator

Operate sterilizers ensuring all controls and printouts function properly, load sterilizer carts with wrapped packs, and use bar code scanners or computers to assign loads. Perform job duties in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, maintain and transfer sterilization records to Quality Control, and monitor equipment while aiding in maintenance. Keep work areas neat and organized, diagnose minor operating problems, and communicate effectively with supervisors. Maintain precise records and act quickly on decision-making tasks. Located at our Mason, OH facility, this role supports FDA-regulated daily processing of reusable surgical solutions.
