Sterilization Tech

Conduct daily decontamination, cleaning, and sterilization of dental instruments using ultrasonic cleaners and autoclaves. Prepare and package instruments accurately, handle sterile items with appropriate technique, and ensure proper labeling and documentation of sterilizer performance. Maintain work areas, check equipment functionality, and coordinate clinical supplies and equipment maintenance. Monitor dental supplies, submit orders with proper purchase numbers, and coordinate patient scheduling and office coverage as needed. Ensure compliance with regulations, hospital policies, and OSHA requirements while supporting efficient department operations.
