Sterilization Process Technician (Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm)

Job Summary
Perform final packaging, visual inspection, sterilization, testing, packaging, and labeling of heart valve devices and components. Operate equipment including Level 1 sterilization/autoclave, DYMO LabelWriter, thermal/laser/ tracker feed printers, Automated Label Inspection System, Pressure Recorder System, heat shrink oven, and pouch sealer. Maintain line clearance for product identification and traceability; monitor and document sterilization results for parametric release; keep work area clean and orderly; follow safety practices; identify and suggest improvements to daily processes. Requires attention to detail and proficiency with repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing/clean room environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in inspection or assembly or similar intricate hand work preferred
- Two years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
