Job Summary
Sterility Assurance Specialist on 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM), full-time at Sugar Land, TX. Responsible for QA aspects of sterility assurance, environmental/personnel monitoring, EM/PM sampling, data review, training on aseptic/gowning techniques, and supporting investigations to ensure compliance with cGMP/FDA regulations. Requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Word/Excel, and ability to work in a fast-paced quality-focused manufacturing environment. Role emphasizes training, data review, deviations investigations, and collaboration across QA and manufacturing to maintain high standards of product safety, efficacy, and quality for pharmaceutical injectable products.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to successfully complete a drug and background check
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship
- Able to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs per shift
