Sterility Assurance Microbiologist

Job Summary
Operate as part of the Sterility Assurance group to perform quality system and regulatory compliance, including maintaining alignment with EU GMP guidelines. Prepare and process biological indicators, carry out environmental monitoring for classified areas, and support atypical sterilisation investigations. Investigate and communicate "Out of specification" results while implementing CAPA, and provide support for projects relating to environmental monitoring. Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, GDP, and corporate policies. Work primarily with the sterility engineering team and laboratory analysts to support the Thetford manufacturing operation. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Microbiology, Biomedical Science, Bioscience OR Pharmaceutical Science
- Usual working hours will be Monday to Friday 37,5 hrs per week
- Flexibility in working hours to suit business needs
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends periodically
