Sterile Technician - Endoscopy - Full-Time

Clean and organize the central processing work area, then inspect instruments for damage and defects before cleaning according to manufacturer instructions. Sort items into proper trays, wrap and label each with name and expiration date, and operate sterilizers and ultrasonic washers while selecting correct cycles. Perform required biological and chemical monitoring tests, maintain inventory logs, and conduct weekly inspections of sterile items to replace outdated packages. Accurately document instrument counts and loaned items to outside sources.
