Job Summary
Sterile Products Specialist – 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) at Pfizer. Provides technical and business support to engineers, prepares engineering documentation, analyzes trajectory data, and ensures model dimensional consistency. Requires high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of manufacturing/engineering experience, knowledge of cGMP, batch records, strong communication and leadership abilities, and the ability to work as part of a team in a penicillin-manufacturing environment. Includes 2nd shift hours, unionized position, and US-based employment with no current visa sponsorship for this role.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Batch Record comprehension
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to contribute to department success in a team environment
- Performing tasks at a productive level under demanding conditions
- Union membership after 30 days of hire (as stated)
- Penicillin allergy testing requirement (Penicillin Facility)
