Sterile Processing Technician

Decontaminate, prepare, and sterilize Central Sterile trays, instruments, equipment, and restock supplies while managing inventory and computer data entry. Batch patient charge cards and demonstrate knowledge of all department locations within the facility. Maintain detailed awareness of patient supplies and equipment while utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requires two years of Central Sterile Technician experience in an acute care hospital setting, a High School Diploma, Central Supply Certified certification, and a current BLS certificate. Evening shift from 2p-10:30p with call required.
