Sterile Processing Tech Advanced - OSC Central Sterile

Assess and prioritize instrumentation to ensure surgical sets are clean, sterile, and complete. Conduct quality control checks on instruments for function, defects, and breakage, then assemble kits and packages per content/count sheets. Operate sterilizers, perform tests, and maintain records while unloading washers, drying items, and restocking supplies. Act as a preceptor to educate other employees and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors. Replenish trash carts, clear decontamination windows, and fold towels as required. Requires a high school diploma, preferred prior CSR experience, and certification through CBSPD or HSPA upon hire. Shift differentials apply for evenings, nights, and weekends.
