Job Summary
Decontaminate instruments in a safe and appropriate manner while assembling instrumentation accurately and efficiently to ensure sterility of all processed items. Maintain instruments inventory and ensure timely distribution to customers by prioritizing items and assembling complex trays. Assume a leadership role within the department and serve as a resource in at least two specialty areas or procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. This Full-time Evening Shift role (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) offers CRCST or CBSPD certification, one year of experience, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, tuition assistance, and mental health support.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- One-year Sterile Processing experience
- CRCST or CBSPD certification from The International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management (CRCST) or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD)
- Full-time Monday - Friday Evening Shift 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
