Sterile Processing Manager

Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily Sterile Processing Department operations, supervising a team of professionals and Team Leads to ensure high-quality sterile services for surgical and procedural areas. Partner with department leadership on recruitment, onboarding, and staff development while maintaining compliance with sterilization standards and infection prevention protocols. Coordinate workflow and resources to support critical service lines including the Operating Room, CVOR, Endoscopy, Labor and Delivery, and Ambulatory Clinics. Monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvement and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Full-time evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Two-Year Surgical Technology Course, CRCST, or CSPDT certification
- CSPDT/IAHCSMM certification
- Minimum of 3 years of Sterile Processing experience
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of operating room instrumentation and equipment
- Thorough understanding of aseptic technique and infection control principles
