Job Summary
Partner daily with SPD and OR leadership to ensure tray readiness and case support while auditing instrumentation and workflows. Identify and fix inefficiencies before they impact cases, then lead hands-on training and in-services to support process improvements and standardization initiatives. Serve as the hospital's go-to sterile processing expert to improve workflows and keep the OR running smoothly. This Monday–Friday, full-time role focuses on system optimization and team development rather than daily tray assembly.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Sterile Processing, Central Services, OR, or surgical services
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation and tray workflows
- Comfortable working directly in SPD/OR environments

- CRCST, CBSPD, or CST
