Sterile Processing Technician performs decontamination and sterilization of instruments and supplies; assembles and prepares basic instrument sets and case carts; maintains inventory and par levels; follows OSHA and TJC guidelines; may rotate shifts including weekends and holidays; role requires high school diploma or equivalent with preferred certification progression (CRCST/CSPDT/CST/TS-C/CORST) within 24 months of hire.

- Certification preparation options: IA HCSMM certification prep course (preferred)
- CRCST/CSPDT/CST/TS-C/CORST certification must be achieved within 24 months of hire
