Job Summary
Sterile operations in ISO 7/ISO 8 cleanrooms: operate within AI-enabled manufacturing systems and digital batch records to prepare sterile materials, maintain production continuity, and ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards. Perform cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and autoclave preparation while leveraging monitoring tools to maintain contamination control and audit readiness. Execute calculations, verify data, and document activities to improve traceability and manufacturing readiness. Support LEAN initiatives (6S, Gemba, Kaizen) and inventory coordination to maintain uninterrupted production flow. Prepare workstations and equipment per validated procedures, and provide training support to new team members. Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, warehouse, and leadership to resolve production challenges and sustain compliant performance. Demonstrate knowledge of cGMP requirements, ISO cleanroom standards, sterile manufacturing processes, contamination control, and regulated procedures; proficient with digital manufacturing systems, AI-enabled tools, inventory platforms, and electronic documentation. Key competencies include customer focus, strategic AI, optimizing work processes, collaboration, resourcefulness, managing complexity, accountability, adaptability, and effective communication.
