Job Summary
Support sterile filling operations in an ISO-7 classified environment, performing tasks such as cleaning, restocking, visual inspection, labeling, and documentation in adherence to cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements. Learn to operate filling equipment, maintain gowning qualification, complete required training, and contribute to process improvements. Work across shifts in a regulated pharmaceutical setting, maintaining high accuracy and integrity while ensuring product quality and patient safety.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a drug test
- Must speak, write, and read English
- Must be a team player
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Prior Sterile Compounding and Pharmaceutical Industry experience
- Knowledge of FDA guidelines, cGMP, and GDP
- Willingness to participate in training and gain other certifications as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities and demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership ability
