Job Summary
Sterile Batching Operator responsible for manufacturing quality pharmaceutical products by following SOPs, GMP/cGMP requirements, and health and safety rules. duties include recording GMP documentation, operating batching equipment, calculating dilutions and yields, maintaining logs and dockets, performing cleaning and preventive maintenance, assisting with training, and supporting maintenance when issues arise. Must be able to work in a controlled sterile environment, wear required PPE, and lift 20–30 kg as part of routine duties. Afternoon shift, Monday–Friday, based in Cambridge, ON, with probationary pay progression.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- College Diploma in Sciences or BSc an asset
- Excellent math skills
- Good command of English
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and understand technical and written documents
