Stepdown Unit - Clinical Nurse (Part Time)

Provides direct patient care in a Stepdown/critical care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educates patients and families on illness, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Develops and documents individualized plans of care with the interprofessional team, ensures effective communication across the continuum, and uses advanced nursing skills to address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Emphasizes patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; supports professional development and advancement within the BJC RN Career Ladder.
