Job Summary
Provide high-quality care to patients in the Stepdown unit while maintaining a patient ratio of 1:4-5 during the day shift and 1:5-6 during the night shift. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and efficient documentation. Work every other weekend as part of your schedule in a 3x12 nights rotation. This 13-week travel contract requires 2 years of Stepdown/Progressive Care experience, an active Illinois nursing license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Stepdown/Progressive Care setting
- Active Illinois nursing license at the time of submission
- EPIC experience
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications
- Driver's License
