Lead the provision of professional nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation; assess patient condition at admission and each shift, perform procedures and monitor/ document care; administer prescribed medications and respond to patient needs; educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care; translate complex medical information for patient understanding and ensure timely documentation in the medical record; participate in care coordination and contribute to positive patient outcomes.
