Job Summary

Step Up Supervisor role supporting the store manager during scheduled shifts, deploying partners and delegating tasks so that the team can deliver the Starbucks Experience. Responsibilities include maintaining a calm demeanor during high volume periods, communicating needs to the manager, assisting with partner training and coaching, recognizing changes in partner morale, providing clear feedback to partners on shift, delivering legendary customer service, building positive relationships with the shift team, organizing opening and closing duties, adhering to cash handling and safety policies, following health and sanitation guidelines, ensuring consistent beverage and product quality, and maintaining regular attendance. Requires 1 year of customer service experience in retail or restaurant environments and strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
